Our HVAC System caught fire after a lightning storm and we have been without service for ten days. I coudn't get anyone to come out and even tell me what was wrong. I called my nephew at Bay 10 Ventures could not get an estimate! They were too busy thinking about what caused lighting.

He must of had a magic wand, but in thirty or forty minutes I had air conditoning, a couple of happy cats, a dog licking my foot (where did that come from ) and no bill as of yet.

Here is the bottom line: When you want service the two firms I recomend are Howell-Chase who are evidence that professional people exist on Hilton Head, and Grays Heating and Air got the job done like there was a war going on!
